AlteCode is an industrial software and technology services firm. We design custom systems, integrate them with the machines and people who run real operations, and stay around to maintain what we build.
AlteCode has been in continuous operation since January 2011. Over that time, we have logged more than 3,300 quotations - covering everything from a single power-supply repair on a production-line PC to multi-site rollouts of welder performance systems across shipyards in Singapore and the Philippines.
The work spans four practice areas - custom industrial software, factory automation and PLC integration, industrial PC and IT services, and access-control and identity systems. The common thread is technology that has to work in production environments and keep working under maintenance contracts.
Our customers range from Tier-1 electronics manufacturers and marine shipyards to country clubs and hospitality groups. Many of these relationships span more than a decade.
Our systems are designed around what production lines, security desks and engineers actually need - not abstract feature lists. We then refine over time through real use.
The same engineers who write the software also install it, troubleshoot the hardware around it, and answer the on-site service call when something goes wrong.
Most of our systems are sold with annual maintenance contracts. We treat them as living deployments, with planned preventive maintenance and continuous enhancement.
We are equally comfortable specifying an industrial PC, repairing a motherboard, encoding a Mifare card, or wiring a Beckhoff PLC. That breadth lets us own delivery from end to end.
